During normal operation, the shaft seal steam can also supplement the rear shaft seal steam, and collect the high-pressure side steam of the water control check valve for low-pressure extraction (three, four, five extraction);

2. Prevent the steam turbine shaft seal from flowing outward to improve the workshop environment;
